Perm need - primary care. Rates to be discussed between provider and client. Primary care, MD/DO outpatient/walk-in clinic Monday - Friday, 8a-4p with call split with other physicians. 95% patient care, 5% phone consults. Lab onsite. Board certified - FP, or IM. BLS, ACLS, ATLS - required. 3 years experience - required. EMR: CPSI
