Emergency Medicine Physician

Position Overview

WVU Medical Center and the Department of Emergency Medicine are seeking a full‑time (1.0 FTE) Emergency Medicine Physician for Braxton Community Hospital.

Qualified applicants must have an MD or DO degree (the employer accepts foreign educational equivalents) and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license. Candidates must have completed an accredited emergency medicine residency program for most positions; however, opportunities are available for alternate boards (FM, IM) with significant ED experience.
