As a Locum MD in Radiology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients through advanced imaging techniques. This position will allow you to work closely with other healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment, ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures accurately and efficiently
- Interpret radiology results and provide detailed reports
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to determine patients’ needs
- Stay updated on advancements in radiology and imaging technology
- Develop treatment plans based on imaging analyses
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards
- Educate patients about procedures and alleviate concerns
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment fostering collaboration
- MD degree from an accredited medical school
- Associate experience in Radiology preferred
- Licensure to practice medicine in the relevant state
- Proficiency in various imaging modalities such as X-ray, MRI, and CT
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Schedule:
4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts
No call requirement
Will rotate between multiple hospitals
