ACCEL Schools is hiring a Part‑Time Food Service Worker at Eastern Panhandle Preparatory Academy in Kearneysville, WV.

Eastern Panhandle Preparatory Academy (EPPA) is a public charter school serving PK‑8th grade students. Located on a 30‑acre rural campus in Jefferson County, West Virginia, EPPA was founded in 2022 and is one of the first charter schools to open in the state. The school offers small class sizes, a fully certified faculty, and strong community support.

The Food Service Aide assists with lunch activities and helps to promote positive student behaviors in academics and extracurricular activities. The aide provides oversight to ensure student safety and a positive school climate. The aide assists the School Leader and Teachers by administering the assigned duties in conformity with the philosophy and policies of ACCEL Schools, the assigned school, the school’s governing board, the State Board of Education, and all applicable laws.

• Work cooperatively with the Teacher and others
• Act in accordance with directives from the Administrator (or designee) and teacher
• Contribute to a positive climate and culture by exhibiting high professional standards

• High school diploma required
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI check
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High quality written and verbal communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Previous work experience working with youth or in a school setting desired
