Why Work with Us?

Join us as a bike instructor at Snowshoe Mountain, one of the premier mountain‑biking destinations on the East Coast. With one of the largest trail systems in the region, a certified IMBA Ride Center, and a history of hosting events like Downhill Southeast, the WV Enduro Series, and past UCI World Cup races, Snowshoe Bike Park is one of the best in the U.S. From legendary berms, jumps, drops, and flow for all levels, riders will find something to love.

Start the day with beginner lessons and a cornering clinic, then move to more advanced clinics throughout the day. You’ll spend plenty of time on Easy Street, honing your skills while teaching the next generation of rippers. We also focus on training our staff during downtime to develop into stronger riders.

  • Monitor the park for hazards (e.g., downed trees, damaged signage) and report concerns to the Trail Crew Foreman.
  • Assist with bike park operations or events as needed.
  • Support bike patrol with daily trail sweeps.
  • This role may evolve, and additional tasks may be assigned.
