We’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, supportive team at Wood Field Primary School, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust, from 1st September 2026.
About the role:We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, who will be instrumental in driving pupil progress and supporting well‑being across the school. Collaborating closely with teachers, you will help maintain an enriching, secure, and accessible learning environment, providing targeted support where it’s needed most, eliminating learning obstacles and enabling high‑quality whole‑class support. This position requires excellent communication, resilience, and a commitment to nurturing our pupils.
