Position Title
3rd Grade Instructional Aide/Supervisory Aide (7:45 a.m.
- 3:15 p.m.)
Assigned Teacher/Principal
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass or Passed state examination for aide or already attained aide status with a school system
- Ability to Understand and Respond to the Needs of Children
- Use Oral and Written English Fluently
- Interpret and Follow Instructions
- Relate Well with School Personnel, Parents and the Community
- Demonstrate Creativity, Initiative and Patience
- Display a Positive Outlook Toward the Program and its Students
- Ability to Perform Health Related Duties for Special Needs Students
- Pass Background/fingerprinting Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR Cards
- Good communication skills, above average vocabulary, grammar, spelling and mathematical skills
- Complete the required state and county training that is required for the position
- Ability to lift 50lbs

Employment Term200 day contract beginning 1st day of the 2026/2027 school year
SalarySalary based on experience and education level per CBOE salary schedule plus competitive benefits package equal to approximately 35% of direct compensation.
