Job Description
- Responsible for duties in the Office of the Registrar including student registration, course schedule entry, grade changes, Bulk Banner updates. Review tentative and final graduation lists for undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students, award degrees. Performing the registration and course entry process to ensure that requests are filled in a timely manner, and any issues or complaints from the registration process are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Maintain the workload to complete all work in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff and alumni with general questions regarding the registration/schedule entry process. Maintain academic history by digitizing registration through Banner Document Management. Assist with third-party reporting. Work with processes as needed, student registration, and TAA time sheet verification. Work with other office duties as required.

These include, but are not limited to, assisting with graduation ceremonies, countdown to commencement, midterm grade processing, end of term grade processing, orientation, and other special projects.

Salary Range - $28,777 - $37,410 - Salary is commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity
