Job Title

Job description is available online or upon request. Qualifications include a West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate or a High School Diploma/High School Equivalency, WVSSAC Certification and Temporary Authorization, and Coach CPR and AED Training. Successful completion of the Hardy County interview process and all required county and WVDE trainings are required. The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations is also required.

Additional minimum requirements include: applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration, applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration, applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration, and applicants who have been dismissed or who have had their contracts non-renewed for cause are not eligible for consideration.

Start date is for the  school year. Application procedure includes applying online or in-person at the Hardy County Schools Central Office located at 510 Ashby St., Moorefield, WV 26836.
