WCPC Positive Behavior Interventionist and Supports (PBIS) Coordinator

PRINCIPALS/DIRECTORS WILL POST IN OFFICE AREAS UPON RECEIPT.
The Wirt County Board of Education announces the following extra-curricular vacancy for the school year:
POSITION:
Wirt County Primary Center Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Coordinator, Extra-Curricular
CONTRACT:
School Year
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid West Virginia professional teaching certification
- Knowledge of the Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports framework
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate monthly PBIS Team meetings. Prepare and distribute agenda, review meeting purpose, and facilitate the meeting process and progress.
- Complete and submit the Baseline and End of The Year Tiered Fidelity Inventory. Use recorded scores to action plan as part of the PBIS Team Meetings to maintain ongoing progress and maintenance of the framework.
- Assist with data collection and reports. Ensure that data is used to make decisions.
- Ensure PBIS Team decisions are communicated with staff. Lead communication with Behavior Support Specialist by sharing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate PBIS activities and field trips.

SALARY: $2,000
