Summitbsa is seeking a proactive instructor to lead the Crafton Sportsman Complex program. You will oversee staff, coach firearm techniques, and deliver engaging instruction to groups of 20–40. Responsibilities include startup/shutdown of facilities, performance coaching, and upholding Scout Oath and safety standards.
The role requires 18+ with preferred NRA and USA Archery credentials, hunting/law knowledge, MS Office skills, and Teams usage. Training provided, background screening required.
