West Virginia K-12 Jobs is seeking an Interventionist for WV Guidepost to Graduation at Wyoming East High School. The role covers up to 100 days in the school year, at a rate of $250 per day, contingent on certification.
Responsibilities include helping identified at-risk students stay on track for graduation, developing intervention plans, collaborating with school staff and external agencies, and maintaining student progress data.
