Positions: Extracurricular Assignment - Intramural Director

Qualifications: The successful candidate must be a regularly employed professional educator at the school.

Responsibilities: In addition to established laws, policies, rules and regulations, the Intramurals Director shall have the following responsibilities and duties:

Develop and implement an activities program that is available to as many students as possible.

Develop a variety of activities that will interest boys and girls.

Organize daily activities for the students.

Consult with the principal to determine when intramurals will be offered and how they will fit into the overall school schedule.

Involve the entire faculty by making them aware of the program and seeking their support.

Develop a procedure for making students aware of planned activities, standings, winners, etc.

Develop a recognition program for students.

Consult with the principal to develop a budget for the program, if appropriate.

Supervise students at all times during intramural activities.

Maintain equipment.

Complete injury form for any injured participant within specified timeline.

Effective Employment Date: 2026 - 2027 School Year
