Job Description:
Supervising students in the production of the yearbook.
Teaching students the proper methods of salesmanship in order to obtain advertising for the yearbook.
Teaching students to follow publishers directions in production of the yearbook.
Supervising students in their choices of lay-out forms to be employed in production of the yearbook.
Advising students in the selection of photographs to be used in the yearbook.
Submitting to principal for approval of necessary materials required to produce yearbook.
Working with the publishers representative to insure proper method of yearbook production.
Establishing with principal dates and times of extra work sessions.
Assuring that students observe and adhere to the school rules and regulations while working on the yearbook and under the supervisor.
Assure that every student has the opportunity to participate in order to meet class requirements established by the yearbook instructor and administrator.
