Substitute Aide
Assist teacher in instructional activities as directed. Share in daily activities during the school day. Share in responsibility of protecting students, equipment, materials and facilities. Perform limited, rotating supervisory duties not related to instruction. Provide necessary assistance during transportation to and from school and for special school events, assist student(s) on and off bus, if needed. Maintain and/or upgrade skills. Maintain positive work habits.
Perform duties efficiently and productively. Perform any and all other job related duties as assigned by the Principal and/or the Superintendent.
Qualifications:
Must be a high school graduate or GED equivalent; or successfully completing GED program. Must meet qualifications for aide. Must have passed aide test. Before beginning any job assignment, applicant must be adult and child CPR/AED/First Aid certified or be willing to become certified. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
