West Virginia Career Technical Certificate Certified to teach Cabinet Manufacturing and Business Education Successful completion of the Hardy County interview process Required Passage of NOCTI Tests - 7092 – Mill & Cabinet Cabinetmaking (NOCTI) AND 7721 – Business Management & Administration Industry (NOCTI) Preference given to those with recent, relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry Preference given to those holding advanced degrees Complete all required county and WVDE trainings The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the
