Role Description

The Field Services Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Beech Bottom, WV. This position oversees daily field operations, including planning and assigning work, monitoring project progress, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. The supervisor coordinates crews, equipment, and materials for environmental service projects at industrial, manufacturing, power plant, and oil and gas client sites. Responsibilities include enforcing safety protocols, conducting site inspections, completing and reviewing job documentation, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders about job status and requirements.

The role also involves training team members, supporting performance management, and assisting with scheduling, logistics, and problem-solving in the field.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience supervising field crews or industrial operations, preferably in environmental services, industrial, manufacturing, power generation, or oil and gas settings.
  • Strong knowledge of safety practices, OSHA and environmental regulations, and risk assessment in field environments.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage schedules, allocate resources, and maintain accurate operational documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with team members, clients, and management, including clear reporting and issue escalation.
  • Proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under time and operational constraints.
  • Comfort working in outdoor and industrial conditions, including the ability to meet physical requirements such as standing, lifting, and using equipment as needed.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and mobile tools for reporting, scheduling, and communication.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical, vocational, or industry‑specific training is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; willingness to travel locally to client sites as needed.
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience and a strong commitment to safety culture and continuous improvement.
