Position Overview- Support production and maintenance teams in troubleshooting instrumentation and control systems.
- Execute minor control loop and instrumentation upgrades.
- Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of capital projects related to process controls.
- Configure and maintain the plant's Distributed Control System (DCS), manage alarms, and update operator graphics.
- Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage calibration requirements for critical quality instrumentation and maintain associated documentation.
- Conduct training and qualification testing for new and existing instrument technicians.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS and cybersecurity standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of hands‑on experience in instrumentation and control systems.
- Proficient in process instrumentation, control systems, and DCS platforms.
- Strong safety awareness, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
