Acceptance Close- Supervisors

Job Title

Responsibilities

• Drives site acceptance and revenue recognition triggers for customer project
• Ensures sites are built as per approved site documentation in line with customer contract and are delivered timely with required quality
• Coordinates and/or conducts site visits for the project acceptance with customer
• Manages closure of all open points with subcontractor and relevant stakeholders
• Alignment/agreement of the site closeout checklist with the customer
• Closing all defects/open points for the contracted scope identified during acceptance between Nokia and customer
• Leads clearance of site defects with suppliers and approves site readiness prior to the site acceptance by the Nokia customer
• Validates equipment installation results with respect to installation Method of Procedure and/or specifications
• Responsible for getting customer acceptance certificate for the site/project

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field with 2–4 years of experience in telecom rollout, implementation, or site acceptance activities.
• Proven experience in managing site acceptance and close-out activities for telecom network deployment projects in line with customer contractual requirements and quality standards.
• Strong ability to ensure sites are delivered according to approved documentation, including site design, as-built documentation, installation standards, and customer specifications.
• Experience coordinating and conducting site acceptance visits with customers, ensuring timely acceptance and revenue recognition milestones.
• Ability to manage closure of all site defects, punch lists, and open points with subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing and aligning site close-out checklists and acceptance documentation with customers.
