Customer Service Representative (CSR)

A. Primary Purpose of Job:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

B. Duties and responsibilities for this position:

Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow  able to work and stand for up to eight  able to read, understand, write, and communicate in the English  able to perform mathematical calculations when completing store  able to check identification and pricing of  able to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds, carry milk cartons, bag-in-the-box soft drink containers, etc.

Have the ability to learn and work on a computer.

Work Hours The CSR Position is an hourly position. The work schedule for the position will be the responsibility of the General Manager. There are no guaranteed number of hours per week. This position could be full or part-time. This position requires availability to work on any scheduled shift.
