Slot Service Technician Supervisor

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time or part-time Slot Service Technician Supervisor to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As a Slot Service Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring all work is carried out efficiently.

$25.00 – $25.00 / hour

• Arrange the working schedule for the slot service technician team
• Encourage personal development among team members
• Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to
• Conduct walk‑rounds to ensure all equipment is operational and in compliance with state gaming regulations
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and arrange vendor repairs if machinery cannot be fixed in‑house

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required and minimum of 1 year of previous supervisory experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license and driver’s license
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule
• Strong knowledge of gaming regulations preferred
• No college degree required

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time
• Ability to carry up to 70 pounds
