The Summit Bechtel Reserve is seeking a dynamic staff lead to plan, rehearse, and perform opening/closing ceremonies and other high-adventure program productions. You will guide scripting and production design, mentoring a diverse show staff while exemplifying the Scout Oath and Law.
Ideal candidates have leadership in theater or music, comfort performing before groups, and a willingness to join Scouting activities. Housing and uniforms are provided as part of the staff program.
