Delaware North - - Responsibilities:
Monitor assigned floor areas to ensure gaming machines are functioning and players are following rules;
Process jackpot payouts in accordance with Delaware North and state gaming procedures;
Assist guests by answering their questions about games or general enquiries;
Perform minor repairs, make adjustments to slot machines, and resolve problems such as voucher jams or machine tilts;
