We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to support key financial functions within our US organization. This role is responsible for invoicing, payroll, employee onboarding, and benefits administration, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent internal service. The ideal candidate is organized, confidential, and able to work independently with a high degree of professionalism.

- A counts payable (AP): ensuring timely, accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Accounts receivable (AR): monitor outstanding balances and lead collection efforts. Proactively contact customers to secure payment and resolve outstanding balances.
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Reconcile payroll data, benefits deductions, and timekeeping information.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing, preparing reconciliations and financial documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits questions and enrollment changes.
- Administer the organization’s benefits plan and support open enrollment activities.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for finance and HR documentation.
- Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and compliance-related tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payroll or benefits issues.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, payroll, benefits administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency with payroll software and financial/HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing processes and payroll best practices.
- Understanding of benefits administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- College diploma in bookkeeping or accounting
- $25/hr-$30/hr salary based on experience.
