Impact
Client Operations is a global sales‑aligned service organization, providing Investor servicing and record keeping focused on enabling distribution, providing consultative services, creating scale and controls.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage client relationships by serving as primary point of contact for clients & sales channels.
- Provide a full range of services: including responding to client inquiries for fund/portfolio information, acting as the point person for any client‑related issues, and executing trades.
- Collaborate with Sales partners to drive business development initiatives.
- Engage in critical analysis and problem‑solving activities, both independently and collaboratively with the team, to address complex issues effectively.
- Monitor and escalate service issues to ensure a high‑quality response and resolution to clients.
- Participate in special value projects as necessary (i.e. asset development, automation related projects).
- Maintain close communication with the firm’s trading desks, relaying the status of trading activity.
- Promote a service‑oriented culture focused on enhancing the client experience and exceeding client expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university required
- Demonstrated understanding of client needs and the ability to meet them effectively
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing projects
- Keen attention to detail and high sense of intellectual curiosity, meeting needs in a thorough and efficient manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
- Team oriented and self‑motivated with a positive attitude
- Preferred 3 years of relevant client service experience in a financial services industry environment.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 preferred (should be obtained within first 60 days on the job)
