OURIMPACT
The Asset & Wealth Management Risk and Governance Associate you will play a pivotal role in a high-priority strategic program: the development and implementation of a comprehensive Global Risk Profile
. This initiative is designed to unify risk oversight across our main business segments, as well as our globally regulated entities, ensuring a consistent approach to identifying, quantifying, and mitigating risks in an increasingly complex macroeconomic and regulatory environment.
This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to support the development and maintenance of the AWM Risk Profile. This will involve identifying critical risks, developing sophisticated scoring methodologies and translating these into functional requirements for Business Intelligence teams. This role also includes active stakeholder engagement and managing deliverables within project timelines and provides actionable insights for Executive level leadership.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential:Strategic Program Support
- Risk Profiling:
Assist in the design and population of the firm’s global risk profile, covering Market, Credit, Liquidity, Operational, and Fiduciary risks. - Data Aggregation:
Collect and synthesize complex datasets from various business units (Asset Management, Private Wealth, and Alternatives) to create a "single source of truth" for risk reporting. - Project Coordination:
Support the Program Management Office (PMO) in tracking milestones, managing documentation, and ensuring the timely delivery of strategic risk work streams.
- Quantitative Analysis:
Develop and maintain the scoring logic used to rate risks across the division. - Dashboarding:
Help develop and maintain interactive risk dashboards for senior management, highlighting emerging trends and potential limit breaches. - Act as the primary liaison between the Risk Governance team and technical BI teams.
- Draft detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for automated risk reports.
- Define data sourcing requirements to move from manual reporting to automated, "single-source-of-truth" metrics.
