Provides advanced financial analysis and strategic decision support to management. Leads complex forecasting, budgeting, profitability, and planning initiatives while serving as a key business partner to departments across the organization.

• Lead complex financial analysis and forecasting projects
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models
• Evaluate operating performance and profitability trends
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes
• Research financial issues and provide recommendations to management
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations
• Assist with strategic initiatives and business case development
• Recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Mentor less experienced analysts and provide technical guidance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
• Four to six years of accounting, finance, or financial analysis experience
• Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar) preferred
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Deliver meaningful insights that support business decisions
• Build strong partnerships with management and business leaders
• Translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations
• Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Be a proactive learner—take initiative to build your knowledge, skills and confidence
• Deliver reliable, responsive internal support to bank partners
