Bilingual Loan Servicing Account Solutions Specialist; Flex

Job Description

Loan Servicing Account Solutions Specialist responsible for inbound and outbound calls to resolve the delinquency status of past due customer accounts.

• Call customers about early delinquency account statuses.
• Work with customers to resolve account delinquency status while minimizing company interest losses.
• Implement repayment plans as necessary and collect delinquent payments.
• Ensure that files and paperwork are properly and accurately completed.
• Ensure compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identify opportunities for and support process improvements; apply disciplined change‑management practices.
• May contact outside parties to collect or clarify documentation.
• Track time; eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• Position eligible for incentive pay.
• Position may be filled at a higher level depending on qualifications and relevant experience.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position.

• Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Must be fluent in Spanish/English.

• Monday‑Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
• Following training:
  Monday‑Friday between 7:30 am – 6:00 pm.
• One night each week until 8 pm.
• One Saturday a month from 8 am – 12 pm.

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors directly impacting pay include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance. Target range for this role (Metropolitan Statistical Area Market):
Minimum $33,975.00 USD, Median $40,446.00 USD. Incentive pay plans allow earnings based on performance against defined metrics and goals.

Kingwood Annex – Kingwood, Texas. This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in‑office expectations.
