Universal Banker

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner with their banking needs.
• Discuss consumer loans with customers and perform underwriting up to a defined amount.

• High School Diploma / GED

• Hourly, Pending Experience

• 2+ years of banking or related sales experience (preferred)
• Understanding of and ability to sell all types of loan and deposit products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship‑building skills
• Excellent time‑management skills and attentiveness to detail
• Willingness to participate in local civic organizations
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to work independently and complete projects using a team approach
