- Team:
The Finance & Accounting Rotational Development Program involves rotations through 4-5 departments within the Finance organization. - Mission:
Gain a broad understanding of the Finance organization by supporting key tasks and projects across different departments and building a strong foundation of financial skills. - Tech Stack:
Excel, Access, Power BI
- Support core financial operations:
Prepare journal entries, complete account reconciliations, and provide essential audit support as needed within various Finance departments. - Conduct financial analysis and reporting:
Assist with financial statement analysis, create and analyze reports, and prepare presentations for different stakeholders. - Resolve accounting and reporting discrepancies:
Investigate and help resolve complex accounting and reporting issues to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Drive special projects and critical initiatives:
Support projects related to sales incentives, inventory management, and cost reductions, collaborating with fellow RDP team members. - Implement process improvements:
Identify opportunities and implement enhancements to increase efficiencies across financial processes, often involving large datasets.
- Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Accounting Specialization, completed prior to the program start. This is an early career role. - Experience:
One year of experience working on projects involving large amounts of data, and two years of experience working with Excel. - Skills:
Financial analysis, accounting principles, problem solving, project management, process improvement, and financial reporting. - Bonus:
Prior internship or other work experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
