The Deposit Preparation Unit at mhnetwork is responsible for manually preparing bank deposits for general ledger and patient accounts. Retrieve, balance and count cash receipts from the business day. Prepare the deposit. Store the cash in a secure location until it is deposited.
Submit deposit logs to accounting for bank reconciliation. Per the Manager or Director of Revenue Cycle, other duties may be assigned. Demonstrates customer service excellence and promotes teamwork.
