Role Description The Finance Executive is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing core finance and accounting activities to support Talent Logic Inc.’s operations. Daily tasks include preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and other applicable standards.
The Finance Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and maintain proper documentation and records. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with audits, improving financial processes, and contributing to the development of financial policies and controls.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills to manage core accounting and reporting responsibilities.
- Candidates should possess experience with Financial Statements and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and relevant tax regulations to ensure proper compliance.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, strong attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with prior experience in a finance or accounting role, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.
