This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Cairo, WV for a Spa Therapist at Hyatt Centric Cairo West. The Spa Therapist will provide a range of professional spa treatments and therapies, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting consultations to identify client needs
• Customizing services based on client preferences
• Maintaining the cleanliness of spa facilities
• Upholding the highest standards of service
• Promoting spa offers and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines

• Proficiency in performing various spa treatments and therapies including massages, facials, and body treatments
• Sound understanding of health and safety protocols within a spa environment
• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a team setting
• Certification or training in spa therapy or massage therapy required
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment is preferred
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
