• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a closely related field
• 5 years of experience leading the design and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting and analyses
• 5 years of experience with coding languages and analytical software using claims, clinical, and provider data
• 3 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• 3 years of experience providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders

• Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Medicine, Public Health, or Health Sciences
• Experience analyzing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) data
• Experience developing analytic applications or dashboards for self-service analytics
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to refine analytic questions in complex problem spaces
