Job Summary Under the general direction of the Chief Medical Officer, is responsible for the provision of a full range of primary care patient services consistent with the Scope of Practice allowed by the State of West Virginia. Under the general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, assists in the development, implementation, and enforcement of clinical and participates as a member of the provider team available to VHC patients.
