$14.75 hourly with On Demand Pay Options

Full Time Day Position Available, Driver’s License Required

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and support participants in achieving personal goals.
• Provide care and assistance to individuals with a variety of needs, including autism and related conditions, and support with daily living activities and personal hygiene as appropriate.
• Help participants participate in the community and engage in activities they enjoy.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to ensure participants receive high-quality, person-centered services.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination (preferred).
• Skills: Caregiver, STNA, Resident Assistant, Home Health Aide, Assisted Living, Group Home, Human Services.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance in some positions.
