We are seeking a passionate, creative, and client-centered Recreational Therapist who thrives in a flexible, community-based setting. The ideal candidate is someone who values meaningful engagement, approaches therapy through a strengths-based lens, and is confident in using leisure as a tool to support client growth. Responsibilities- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Facilitating 1:1 sessions in-home, in the community, or via tele-health
- Promoting functional independence, leisure awareness, and social participation
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with agency and funding source requirements

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or higher in Recreational Therapy
- Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) required, licensed where applicable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Experience in behavioral management techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
