Job Details

• Conduct patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy and exercise progression
• Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress reports
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
