Location: Belmont
Communi Care Rehab at Belmont Healthcare Center in Belmont, WV is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN position. The therapist will evaluate residents, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and educate the rehab team on care plans.
You will participate in interdisciplinary meetings, provide supervision for PTAs, and contribute to patient-centered care across centers within the Communi Care family, ensuring continuity of high-quality therapy services.
