Communi Care Rehab, part of the Communi Care Family of Companies, has a PRN opening for a Physical Therapist (PT) at Wyoming Healthcare Center in New Richmond, WV. The in-house team participates in interdisciplinary care and strives to provide high-quality resident therapy.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient charts, formulating treatment plans, and leading staff education and training sessions. There is potential for practice across multiple centers, adapting to residents’ diverse needs.
