Location: Terra Alta
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Terra Alta, West Virginia. The position is in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week.
Start date is ASAP. The role requires an active OT license and BLS certification, with SNF/LTC experience preferred. Travel compensation details and benefits are provided through Medlivo Therapy.
