Massage Therapist
Location:
Teays Valley & Hurricane, WV
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2-hour lunch break)
Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM No evenings or weekends
Pay Rate:$24.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities- Provide professional therapeutic massage services based on client needs.
- Assess clients and recommend appropriate massage techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
- Educate clients on wellness, stretching, and self-care practices.
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and professional environment.
- Follow all state regulations and professional standards.
- May perform other duties as required
- Current Massage Therapist License required
- Current National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) certification required
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times
