We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Center Clinical Director – a clinical leader who will guide a team of behavior professionals and ensure the highest standards of ABA care for our clients.

Reporting to the Regional Director, the CD will:

• Lead and mentor a clinical team including BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
• Monitor clinic performance and drive clinical excellence, staff morale, and productivity
• Maintain billable hour targets and ensure 85% of authorized care is delivered
• Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and appeals
• Collaborate with intake and scheduling teams to manage caseloads and client onboarding
• Oversee training, performance reviews, and staff development
• Ensure compliance with insurance and billing requirements
• Deliver direct clinical services and maintain an appropriate caseload
• Identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment as necessary
• Provide clinical support to families, school professionals, and community partners

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure in good standing
• Proficiency in systems such as Central Reach and Share Point
• Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to timely follow-ups and accurate documentation
• A passion for supporting children and families affected by autism
