Location: Elizabeth
GLC On-The-Go seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment in Elizabeth, WV. This 13-week contract provides 40 hours weekly, days (8am-4:30pm), starting 08/13/2026 and ending 11/12/2026. You’ll perform direct patient care, timely documentation, and coordinate with the care team.
