- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
- Support clients with mobility and ambulation, including transfers and ambulation assistance
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality care and services
