Physical Therapist Inpatient in Elizabeth, West Virginia. This full-time role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services in a home health setting, focusing on general orthopedics, strength building, cardiac rehabilitation, and other patient needs across multiple counties. The position emphasizes delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while utilizing the Epic documentation system.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  BLS Certification; at least 2 years of experience in physical therapy; valid license to practice in the state of West Virginia; willingness to wait for license submission.
• Certification Requirements: BLS Certification
• Common patient diagnoses include general orthopedic conditions such as hips and knees, generalized weakness, and cardiac rehab.
• Work involves treating approximately 5-6 units per day in a home health setting across Maryland counties, with flexibility in coverage areas based on location.
• Orientation will be conducted at the Gassaway office, with training on Epic documentation tailored to clinician needs.
• Dress code:
  Navy scrubs or khaki bottoms with navy polo shirt.
• No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements.

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
