Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, transferring, and ambulation;
Encourage resident participation in exercise programs and community activities;
Assist with dining room setup, serving meals, and mealtime assistance;
Document in Daily Log and Resident Service Book and other appropriate areas daily;
Maintain compliance with safety procedures and report changes in resident health status to supervisors
