White Hall Pharmacy is a growing, locally owned independent pharmacy committed to providing personalized care to our community. We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician who is dependable, patient-focused, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Starting at $17.00 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience.

• Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Most team members work 1–2 closing shifts per week
• Rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Sundays and major holidays off

At White Hall Pharmacy, we provide much more than prescription filling. Our services include:

• Traditional retail pharmacy services
• Medication synchronization
• Multi-dose medication packaging (Med Packs)
• Local prescription delivery
• Non-sterile compounding
• Veterinary compounding
• Immunizations
• Medication therapy support and adherence programs
• Friendly, personalized patient care in a family-oriented environment

• Process and prepare prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Enter prescriptions and process insurance claims
• Assist pharmacists with daily workflow
• Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and insurance companies
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist with inventory management and medication ordering
• Support medication packaging, compounding, and delivery programs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

• Previous pharmacy technician experience required
• Active West Virginia Pharmacy Technician Registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflow and insurance processing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, motivated, and a team player
