Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Active WV PT license or compact license accepted
- Home health experience
- OASIS experience
- HCHB experience
- Exercise programming experience
- Rehab experience

Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - No weekends or on call
- Coverage area includes Pocahontas County
