Home Care Plus Inc, a part of the Optum family, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our home health team serving Greenbrier, Pocahontas and Monroe Counties in West Virginia.
You will assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions to improve mobility, endurance, and function, while coordinating with physicians and nurses to optimize patient outcomes. A sign-on bonus and relocation bonus are offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
